Support
If something's broken, confusing, or missing, email us directly. A real person reads every message, there's no ticket system or bot in the way.
Contact support
Email [email protected] for anything: billing questions, bugs, data requests, or account deletion. This is the only support channel we offer today: no live chat.
Frequently asked questions
SonarTree hasn't launched yet, so there are no real support tickets to draw these from. The questions below are the ones we expect to hear most, answered against what the product actually does today. Once real tickets exist, this section grows from those instead of anticipation.
How do I export my data?
Solo, Studio, and Pro plans can export their tracked keywords and full rank history as CSV: a streamed download of everything you're tracking, not a sample. The free plan doesn't include export. If you need your data out and aren't sure how, email us and we'll walk you through it.
What does the Public API give Pro users?
Pro-tier accounts can generate an API key (from account settings) and pull keyword, rank, opportunity, and reverse-lookup data programmatically. It's a read-only mirror of what you already see in your dashboard: an API key can never track, untrack, or otherwise change anything in your account, only read it. Full request/response docs are at /docs/api.
What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
Nothing is deleted when you cancel. Canceling stops future billing and, once your current billing period ends, moves your account to the free plan's limits (fewer tracked keywords, no rank history). The apps and keywords you already added stay in your account; you just lose paid-tier access to some of them until you resubscribe or export what you need first.
How does account deletion work, and what does it actually erase?
Email support and ask us to delete your account. It's permanent: we cancel any active subscription first so you're never billed after deletion, then delete your App Store Connect key, every app and keyword you connected, your downloads and revenue history, your alert history, your account settings, and your sign-in itself. What it does not touch: the shared App Store keyword and ranking data that describes the App Store itself, not you. See our privacy policy for the full, exact breakdown.
How do I reach support?
Email [email protected]. That's our one support channel today: no live chat. We read every email ourselves and reply as quickly as we can.
